Main Features
- Fully automatic embedding, grinding, polishing and cleaning in one time. With 6 embedding stations, finish 6 specimens maximum at the same time.
- Embedding and polishing units can be used separately, or together, with flexible combination.
- Embedding pressure, temperature and time can be adjusted arbitrarily with different materials.
- After embedding, samples will be grabbed automatically for grinding and polishing. During the process, grinding sandpaper and polishing pads of different grits can be changed automatically.
- During grinding, the sample is pneumatically pressurized at a single point, with even force applied.
- The speed of the upper and lower grinding discs can be adjusted arbitrarily, with the characteristics of low speed and high torque, which is convenient.
- Pneumatic pressure is controlled and adjusted by the throttle valve, and the required pressure can be adjusted according to the different materials of the sample.
- Equipped with multiple sets of dripping devices, it is highly flexible to use with matching.
- Convenient touch control human-machine operation interface, with programmable software system and program storage.
- Contains a variety of material databases, which can meet the repeatability and consistency experiments of materials such as metals, ceramics, rock samples, and electronic devices.
- The sample is cleaned by ultrasonic and high-pressure water flow to ensure that the next process will not be contaminated by the residues of the previous process.
