MSK-ADR-C60 is a low cost 6m2 dry room that could reach down to -40°C dew point (°Cdp) and could accommodate a small pouch cell battery line.
The dry room consists of three crucial parts:
- sealed room with a greenhouse structure,
- dehumidifier,
- recirculating water chiller.
This dry room is easy to install or move around and doesn’t need a special installation team from the supplier. There is some flexibility in selection of a dehumidifier and of a water chiller. The dry room shall be placed in an air-conditioned room with a temperature less than 26°C, and humidity level less than 60%. The total power consumption of the dry room is 8kW for AC 220 V (+/- 10%), 50 / 60Hz, three phases. Noise level is less than 55 dB.
The sealed room is shown on the picture below. It has a gas inlet and outlet ports of 20 and 16 mm in diameter respectively. Its dimensions are following: 318 (L) x 190 (W) x 193 (H) cm.
The dehumidifier has an air flow rate of 800 m3/h. It is able to reach -60°Cdp with an empty room or -40°Cdp with one person inside within 20 minutes. Recirculating cooling water with the temperature less than 7°C is required. The dehumidifier has following dimension and weight: 70 (L) x 150 (W) x 190 (H) cm and 520 kg.
The water chiller has refrigerating capacity of 7826 kcal/h. Water flow rate is 60 L/min with water tank capacity of 50L. The temperature range is adjustable between 5°C and 35°C. It has a water pipe with a diameter of 25 mm. The water chiller’s dimensions and weight are following: 90 (L) x 60 (W) x 125 (H) cm and 200 kg.
